Dutchess County Man Accused Of Possessing Fentanyl Pills
Police said he also had more than $1,650 is cash when he was arrested.

PLEASANT VALLEY, NY — A Pleasant Valley man was accused of having fentanyl pills and more than $1,600 in cash.
The New York State Police said Angel D. Pacheco, 28, of Pleasant Valley, was charged March 28 with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
In a news release Friday, police said an investigation found Pacheco illegally possessed fentanyl pills in the town of Pleasant Valley. At the time of his arrest, he had about $1,650 in his possession.

He was arraigned in the Town of Union Valle County and released to appear in the Town of Pleasant Valley Court April 21.
