Dutchess County To Offer Veterans Free Movie Screening
Veterans and active-duty military individuals, along with one guest, are invited to attend a free screening of "Top Gun: Maverick."
HYDE PARK, NY — The Dutchess County Division of Veterans Services is sponsoring a Veterans Appreciation Movie Day free for veterans and one guest.
Movie Day will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday, June 12 at the Roosevelt Cinemas, 4060 Albany Post Rd. in Hyde Park.
The film that will be screened is "Top Gun: Maverick," starring Tom Cruise.

Organizers said veterans and active-duty military individuals, along with one guest, are invited to attend the free event.
County Executive Marc Molinaro said the county was proud to offer a morning of relaxing movie fun to veterans and their guests.

"We are grateful to our veterans for all they have done to serve their country and this Veterans Appreciation Movie Day is another small way for us to show that gratitude," he said.
Online reservations are required, organizers said.
