A few Mid-Hudson Valley school districts ranked among top 100 school districts in New York State. The school districts include Spackenkill School District in Poughkeepsie, Red Hook Central School District in Red Hook and Warwick Valley Central School District in Warwick.

What does it cost to live in these school districts? Here are the median home prices, according to realtor.com:

Poughkeepsie—$189,000 median listing price and $175,000 median selling price

Red Hook—$215,000 median listing price and $238,000 median selling price

Warwick—$350,000 median listing price and $295,000 median selling price
