PINE PLAINS, NY — The New York State Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a person in regard to a theft complaint from a bank.

The incident took place at the Bank of Millbrook on Church Street in Pine Plains.

Police said the person is said to have used a slight of hand technique during a transaction with a teller to steal $350.
