Suspect Arrested In Early Morning Shooting That Wounded 1: Police
The gun violence took place at the Wiltwyck Gardens Apartments in Kingston in the early morning hours on Tuesday.

KINGSTON, NY — An arrest has been made in the shooting this week in the Ulster shooting that wounded one person.
The Kingston Police Department says that on Tuesday, around 1:15 a.m., they received a report of a shooting victim at Wiltwyck Gardens Apartments.
The victim was taken to HealthAlliance Hospital emergency room, treated and released for a gunshot wound.

After a joint investigation by the Kingston and Ulster police departments, including their joint CRT, 41-year-old Juress Brodhead, of Kingston, has now been arrested and charged with felony first-degree assault.

After arraignment at Kingston City Court, Brodhead was remanded to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
Kingston police say that the Ulster County Sheriff's Office, New York State Police, and the Ulster County District Attorney's Office assisted in the investigation.
