Bryant Park To Host Pop Up Market On 3 Spring Weekends
More than 80 local vendors will set up shop in the popular Midtown park during three weekends in May.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — Bryant Park's is home to one of the city's most successful seasonal markets in the winter, and a new pop-up market will look to replicate that success this upcoming spring.
Urbanspace, a company that runs multiple food halls and pop up markets in the city, will hold its first-ever "Makers Market" in the popular Midtown park on three spring weekends, the company announced.
More than 80 local vendors will ply their goods in Bryant Park on the weekends of May 10-12, May 17 – 19 and May 31 – June 2, Urbanspace announced.

"Makers Market is the culmination of years spent building a network between Urbanspace and the unique artisans that you can only find in New York," Eldon Scott, President of Urbanspace, said in a statement. "It is composed of city natives and entrepreneurs that make up the heart and soul of our city, the ones that make it come alive."
Vendors participating in the Makers Market will be selling goods such as original artworks, handmade crafts, clothing and accessories, jewelry and plants. Food and beverage vendors will also participate in the pop up.

Stalls will be located on the library and fountain terraces of the park which bookend the main lawn to the north and south. The market will be open from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Sunday.
