The building also include amenities like a common terrace on the second floor, a dog washing station, a communal lounge, a package room and a bicycle room.

For a fee, residents can use a fitness center, yoga room, children's playroom and a rooftop terrance.

Of course, there are income and age requirements to qualify for these special senior prices — in addition to the more traditional luck and prayer needed to land these in-demand units.

A single person aged at least 62-years-old with an income between $26,000 and $39,500 can qualify for those most-affordable studio and one-bedroom units.

For a unit under $1,500, income requirements range from under $67,800 for two people to under $91,500 for five.

And to note, that doesn't mean a bunch of seniors need to get together and live in a group apartment.

According to the NYC Housing Connect website, most of the affordable units require only at least one resident to be older than 62-years-old.

Let that be another good reason to call grandma every Sunday.
