
MIDTOWN, NY — A man secretly recorded a woman under her skirt on an escalator inside a Midtown subway station Thursday morning, New York City Police Department officials said.
According to the NYPD, the 32-year-old victim was riding an escalator at the Lexington Avenue–53rd Street station around 11:25 a.m. when a man approached her from behind and placed an electronic device under her skirt and recorded her.
Then, the suspect fled the scene, police said.

Police said the incident is under investigation, and released surveillance photos of the suspect, who has not been caught yet.
