NJ Transit Trains Delayed To, From Penn Station
Commuters should expect delays of up to 20 minutes, NJ Transit said.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — An Amtrak inspection is snarling commutes between Penn Station and New Jersey Friday morning.
NJ Transit trains are running only on one track in the Hudson River tunnels, causing delays of up to 20 minutes in and out of the Manhattan transit hub, the New Jersey agency said on Twitter.
An Amtrak "track inspection" has temporarily shut down the second Hudson River track, NJ Transit said. The issue is affecting commutes on five of NJ Transit's 11 commuter rail lines, according to the agency's website.

Some commuters on Twitter were not pleased.
"Good time for a routine inspection? Rush hour on a Friday? Makes sense," user @brian_longfield tweeted.
