Pedestrian Critically Injured In Hell's Kitchen Hit-And-Run: NYPD

A 28-year-old man was hit by a black Lincoln Town Car on Tenth Avenue near West 47th Street.

HELL'S KITCHEN, NY — A man was hospitalized in critical condition after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in Hell's Kitchen early Tuesday morning, an NYPD spokesman said.

A 28-year-old man was walking on Tenth Avenue near West 47th Street around 12:30 a.m. when he was hit by a black Lincoln Town Car, police said. The vehicle fled the scene of the collision by heading north on Tenth Avenue, an NYPD spokesman said.

EMS rushed the pedestrian to Bellevue Hospital in critical condition, an NYPD spokesman said.

The NYPD investigation into the collision is ongoing, and no arrests have been made, police said.
