Three Teens Groped Outside Broadway Theater, Police Say

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — The NYPD is trying to identify a man wanted for groping three teenage girls outside of a Broadway theater, police said.

The teenagers — ages 15, 16 and 19 — were standing in a group of people outside the Broadhurst Theater after a Friday night performance of the musical "Anastasia" when an unknown man approached them from behind, police said. The man reached under the 15-year-old's dress and groped her before rubbing his genitals against he 16- and 19-year-old girls, police said.

The man was able to flee the scene before being arrested, police said. He is described as being in his 50s, standing about 5-foot-7 and weighing about 215 pounds, police said. The man has brown eyes and balding gray hair.
