Woman Slashed In Face At Grand Central: NYPD
A woman was slashed at the Grand Central subway station Sunday afternoon.

MIDTOWN, NY — A woman was slashed in the face at Grand Central Station after police say a verbal altercation escalated into a physical dispute.
The 3o-year-old woman was aboard a northbound 5 train when the altercation occurred, an NYPD spokesman told Patch. The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police have taken a person of interest into custody in connection with the stabbing but further details on the arrest were not immediately available.

The MTA reports that service on the 4,5,6, lines is impacted by delays.
