“Our students learned to recognize, report and respond to bullying,” guidance counselor Jean Costa said. “Each day they listened to morning announcements about different aspects of preventing bullying and had daily classroom lessons on Bullying 101, How to Make a New Friend, The Power of Kindness, and Standing Together Against Bullying.”

To culminate the lessons, the students all came together to create a hallway bulletin board to show that they stand together against bullying.
