According to Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Zugibe, Christopher Hoy, 42, of Nanuet was caught by Clarkstown Police leaving a home with property that was not his June 3. Further investigation revealed that he had broken a back door window and taken a television, a jewelry box, an Apple iPad and a Dell computer.
Hoy was indicted by a Rockland County Grand Jury June 19 on charges of Burglary in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree and Petit Larceny.
