Police say an 18-year-old driver from Nanuet was charged with drunken driving after he was seen driving erratically on Route 59 early this morning, according to the Rockland County Sheriff's Department. Jonathan Molina was stopped about 2:16 a.m. on Route 59 at Lawrence Street in Spring Valley. Police said he appeared intoxicated and was arrested. Molina was taken to the Rockland County Sheriff's Headquarters in New City, where he was processed and charge dwith driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Molina was later released pending a hearing in Spring Valley Village Court.
