NYPD Charges Driver In Deadly Bronx Crash Involving 2 Rockland Teens

NANUET, NY — The driver in a deadly crash involving two Rockland County teenagers has been charged with manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and endangering the welfare of a child, according to CBS News.

Enrique Lopez, 23, was doing doughnuts in a parking lot Jan. 21 when he lost control and struck a parked oil tanker, New York police said.

Two passengers in the vehicle, 15-year-old Sabrina Villagomez of Nanuet and 21-year-old Giovante Roberson, were killed. Another passenger, 17-year-old Aaliyah Torres of Spring Valley, was hospitalized in critical condition.
