STONY POINT, NY — A Rockland County woman has claimed a $10 million scratch-off prize, according to the New York Lottery.
Beatrix Maria Bulson of Stony Point has claimed a top prize on the New York Lottery’s $10,000,000 Cash scratch-off game. Bulson elected to receive the prize as a one-time lump sum payment totaling $4,211,980, after required withholdings.
The ticket was purchased at Stony's Food N' News in Stony Point, according to lottery officials.
