Prize-Winning Powerball Ticket Sold At Rockland Convenience Store

The ticket was sold in Nanuet for the Monday evening drawing, New York lottery officials said.

NANUET, NY — A stop at a convenience store has paid off big time for a Rockland County resident.

The New York Lottery announced a third-prize-winning ticket was sold for the Aug. 18 Powerball drawing.

The ticket is worth $50,000, and was sold at the Quick Chek at 330 West Route 59 in Nanuet.

The winning numbers for the drawing were 15-46-61-63-64, with a Powerball number of 1.

The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The red Powerball is drawn from a separate field of one to 26. The Powerball drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
