2 Men Charged With Murder In NYC Fatal Shooting, Robbery: NYPD

NEW YORK CITY — Two men have been charged with murder in connection to a fatal New York City robbery that left a 26-year-old man dead and another person injured in December, police announced Thursday.
Adam Soto, 20, and June Cuadrado, 21, have both been charged with second degree murder and first degree robbery, police said.
On Dec. 15, four individuals confronted Tyreek Moore, 26, and another man on Seward Avenue in the Bronx just before 6 p.m., police said.

Moore tried to stop the robbery and was shot in the back and later died at Jacobi Hospital, Patch previously reported.
A 24-year-old man, who was with Moore during the incident, was not shot but suffered minor injuries to his head. He was treated at the same hospital.

The suspects took an iPhone and credit cards, among other things, before fleeing the scene.
Police are investigating if the suspect knew the victims.
Police had been searching for four suspects and released surveillance images of the four individuals after the incident.
It is unknown if the other two suspects are in custody or still at large.
Defense lawyer information for Soto and Cuadrado were not readily available as of Thursday evening.
