2 NYPD Officers Injured In Crash While Responding To NYC Robbery
The officers were searching for suspects who had allegedly robbed a smoke shop Wednesday morning.

NEW YORK CITY — Two police officers were left injured after their squad car crashed into two other vehicles while responding to a robbery on Wednesday morning.
The incident happened around 2 a.m. near 120th Avenue and Springfield Blvd. in Queens, police said.
The officers were searching for suspects who had allegedly robbed a smoke shop at Merrick Blvd and 220th Street, police said.

The two officers were taken to Jamaica Hospital for neck and back injuries.
The other three motorists were transported to North Shore Long Island Jewish Medical Center, police said.

All individuals are in stable condition, police said.
No arrests have been made, and the robbery suspects are still at large.
