If you haven't booked a table for Easter brunch yet, make like a bunny and hop to it!

Easter is right around the corner, and whether you plan to spend the day hunting for candy-filled eggs or celebrating with loved ones, you'll want to fuel up with some delicious food before the festivities begin. You could whip something up in your own kitchen, but if you ask us, Easter brunch just tastes better when you don't have to cook it yourself.

That's where these New York City restaurants come in: All of them have pulled out all the stops on their special Easter menus, from citrus French toast and lobster Benedict to signature cocktails and decadent desserts.

Even better, most of them have tempting prix fixe options that are only available on April 1. So hop to it and book your table before things book up. Happy Easter!


Hearth

Easter brunch special: $48 per person for a three-course brunch

On the menu: James Beard Award-winning Marco Canora’s East Village restaurant will highlight the best of spring on its Easter menu, serving seasonal dishes like stracciatella with ramps and shoots, a spring vegetable frittata and fresh apple cider doughnuts. You can also duck in at dinnertime to order Hearth’s Family Easter Feast -- it comes with roast lamb leg roulade, ricks potatoes, spring vegetables and broccoli casserole.

Easter brunch special: $55 per person for a three-course brunch

On the menu: In case the mouthwatering candied bacon pictured above isn't tempting enough, David Burke's Upper East Side tavern will also be serving dishes like pretzel-crusted crab Benedict, braised lamb shank and roasted branzino veracruz. Dessert is just as appetizing thanks to offerings like cheesecake lollipop trees and blueberry and lemon meringue baked Alaskas.

Covina

On the menu: If you've never had Covina's signature Hungarian potato fry bread (made with smoked salmon, avocado, scrambled eggs, crispy capers, herbs and lemon creme fraiche), Easter brunch is your chance. You can also fill up on the smoked wagyu brisket reuben and a number of wood-fired pizzas before getting in the Easter spirit with a signature holiday cocktail, aptly named the Roger Rabbit.


Dovetail

Easter brunch special: $78 a person for a three-course brunch

On the menu: Start brunch off with appetizers including strawberry rhubarb gazpacho, sturgeon caviar tartlets and truffled arancini. Then, choose from main courses like lobster Benedict, a melted leek frittata or citrus French toast. But be sure to leave room for dessert. Dovetail's new pastry chef, Corie Greenberg, will be whipping up indulgent sweets like buttermilk panna cotta, fennel marshmallow and a citrus parfait.

Easter brunch special: $50 per person for a two-course brunch

On the menu: Tom Collichio's Beekman Hotel eatery has a number delicious options available on Easter. Order banana caramel doughnut holes, avocado toast and salmon bagel crostinis for the table, as you decide between dishes like pork belly hash and steak and eggs for your main course.

Bolud Sud

Easter brunch special: $48 per person for a three-course brunch

On the menu: Pistachio French toast, spring onion and potato soup and grilled steak and eggs are just some of the items you'll find on this mediterranean restaurant's Easter menu. End your meal on a sweet note with Papa Abe's coffee cloud cake, served with vanilla chantilly and raspberry sorbet.

Claudette

Easter brunch special: $40 per person for a 2-course brunch (your choice of an appetizer and entree or an entree and dessert)

On the menu: If you're someone who traditionally eats lamb on Easter, head to this cozy Provencal eatery for its lamb kefta, lamb burger or house-made pappardelle with spiced lamb ragout. You can also order more breakfast-centric dishes like wild mushroom omelettes and shakshuka. Then, satisfy your sweet tooth with some brown butter madeleines or a flourless chocolate cake served with hazelnuts, caramel and vanilla ice cream.

The Loyal

Easter brunch special: $58 per person

On the menu: You'll want to save your appetite for Easter brunch at The Loyal, which will have an extravagant holiday buffet stocked with freshly baked breads, crudités, muffins and salads, plus entrees like the crab frittata and skillet pancakes available a la carte. When you're not busy loading up your plate, you can sip the Easter Parade, a specialty cocktail made with mezcal, green mango, turmeric syrup, pamplemousse and popcorn salt.

The Polo Bar

On the menu: The Polo Bar will celebrate Easter and ring in the spring season April 1 with a seasonal brunch complete with a popover Benedict with creamed spinach, ham and gruyere, a challah French toast with fresh berries maple syrup and Ralph’s corned beef hash served with sunny-side up eggs, sautéed kale and spicy cayenne hollandaise sauce.


Kingsley

Easter brunch special: $75 per person for a four-course brunch

On the menu: Spring has sprung in the best way possible at Kingsley's Easter brunch. Feast on seasonal specials like rhubarb muffins with fresh thyme, spring onion hash with scrambled eggs and black truffle and honey glazed stuffed pork loin with grits. You'll also want to try the house-made chocolate peanut butter cup, which will put the ones in your Easter basket to shame.
