Chef Manolo López of Finca La Promesa and Café Colmado, chef and recipe developer Cesar Pérez, and Orlando Soto, executive pastry chef at Le Bernardin, come together for an evening that honors their shared heritage and the culinary riches of the Puerto Rican holiday table.
