Delays Roil 7 Line After Person Struck By Train In Queens: MTA
Manhattan-bound 7 trains are delayed after someone was hit by a train at the 74th Street-Broadway station during Thursday morning rush hour.

JACKSON HEIGHTS, QUEENS — Manhattan-bound 7 trains are delayed after someone was hit by a train at the 74th Street-Broadway station during Thursday morning rush hour, according to MTA officials.
The person is in critical condition at Elmhurst Hospital after getting hit by a Manhattan-bound 7 train about 9 a.m., a police spokesperson said.
Manhattan-bound 7 trains ran express in Queens after the incident, then resumed making local stops just after 10 a.m., the MTA said on Twitter.

MetroCard and OMNY users can transfer to the LIRR for no additional charge at Penn Station, Woodside and Flushing-Main Street.
There are also delays on Main Street-bound 7 trains after a rider needed medical assistance at 46th Street-Bliss Street, according to the MTA.
