NEW YORK — He's runningo.

"El Bloombito" — the parodic Twitter account skewering Michael Bloomberg's broken Spanish — has sprung back to life as the former New York City mayor reportedly preps a presidential campaign.

"Miguel Bloombito" announced his entry into the 2020 race himself Thursday evening as news reports emerged that his multibillionaire namesake was taking steps toward a Democratic White House bid.

"Yo runningo para el presidente por que un billionairo de Nuevo Yorko esta exactlyo what el countryo needs ahora," the fake Bloomberg tweeted, adding the hashtag "#BloombitoTwentito."

That roughly translates to: "I'm running for president because a New York billionaire is exactly what the country needs now."

In the hours since, the beloved Bloombito has railed against President Donald "Trumpacabra," Vice President Mike "Pencedejo." Trump reportedly took his own shot at the real Bloomberg Friday, telling reporters, "Little Michael will fail."

Bloombito also slammed the wealth tax proposals favored by U.S. Sens. Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders, two leading contenders for the Democratic presidential nomination.

"No wealtho taxos. Todos el dinero estan mine," one Friday morning tweet says. The real Bloomberg — who is worth about $52 billion — might agree.

But the Spanglish speaker also espoused some more conservative positions in the early stages of his non-campaign. For instance, he pledged to "stop y frisko todos los immigrantes enteringo el country." (That is: stop and frisk immigrants entering the country, like the NYPD often did to New Yorkers on Bloomberg's watch as mayor.)

He also invoked Ronald Reagan's famous "morning in America" campaign ad from 1984.

"Esta morningo en Americoño," Bloombito tweeted Friday morning. "¡Buenos Dingos!"

The long-running parody account is run by Rachel Figueroa, a Staten Island writer and artist of Puerto Rican heritage who tweets under the handle @Jewyorican. She has reportedly said she created Bloombito in 2011 after watching Bloomberg speak Spanish in his nasal New York accent during Hurricane Irene.

Figueroa has tweeted sporadically from Bloombito's account over the years and says she successfully fought Twitter's decision to suspend it last month.

"I’ve always said, I’ll do it with El Bloombito until I don’t want to do it anymore," Figueroa told Recode in 2016, when Bloomberg was also mulling a run for president. "If he becomes president, I’ll do it a bit longer."
