Jennifer Hudson, Kylie Minogue, And Billy Porter At 2024 Macy's Parade
The trio will perform at this year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on Nov. 28.
NEW YORK CITY – Actor and singer Jennifer Hudson, pop star Kylie Minogue, and Broadway icon Billy Porter will headline the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in Manhattan this year, performing in front of Macy’s flagship store at Herald Square on Nov. 28, the company announced on Thursday.
Cher was the star of last year's parade.
This year’s spectacle will feature 17 iconic balloons, 22 floats, 15 “novelty and heritage inflatables,” 11 marching bands, 700 clowns (!), 5,000 volunteers, and performances by multiple acts in addition to the parade’s headliners, including The War and Treaty, Lea Salonga, The Temptations, and Jimmy Fallon & The Roots.

There's more. Broadway shows “Death Becomes Her,” “Hell’s Kitchen,” and “The Outsiders,” will be featured, as will the Radio City Rockettes and Riverdance cloggers. Broadway talents Cynthia Erivo and Cole Escola will also perform.
Parade coverage begins at 8:30 a.m. on NBC, with “Today” anchors Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, and Al Roker hosting, alongside a Spanish-language simulcast on Telemundo hosted by Carlos Adyan and Andrea Meza.

As usual, crowds will pack Manhattan’s sidewalks to cheer on the annual celebration, a New York City favorite.
