Man Arrested, Attacked Homeowners At Violent NYC Car Meet Up: NYPD
A private security guard and a homeowner tried to defuse the situation but were assaulted by a violent mob.

NEW YORK CITY — A 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a violent attack at a car meetup in a residential neighborhood in Queens close to two weeks ago.
Justin Aguilera, of Queens, has been charged with gang assault, rioting, and trespassing, police said on Friday.
The incident on Nov. 23 happened around 12:30 a.m. in front of a home on 141 Street and 11 Avenue in Malba.

According to City Councilwoman Vickie Paladino, crowds showed up on residents' lawns and cars began doing donuts on the corner of South Drive and 141st Street.

The homeowner suffered a broken nose and ribs, according to multiple media reports. His wife was punched in the jaw by two suspects.
Paladino after the incident called on the Department of Transportation to install speed bumps in the neighborhood. The councilwoman also planned to work with the NYPD on ways to deter future incidents.
