Man Charged In Death Of NYC Woman Found In Plastic Bag: Police
Irish has been charged with concealment of a human corpse, criminal possession of a weapon and menacing.
UPDATE: On Wednesday, The NYPD announced Irish had also been charged with second degree murder in connection to the incident.
NEW YORK CITY — A 55-year-old man has been charged in connection to a 31-year-old woman who had been shot to death and found inside a plastic bag.

Video circulating online showed Irish being berated and attacked by an angry crowd as he was taken into custody by police on Monday.
On July 5, police found the victim unresponsive inside a plastic bag in front of 207 East 27 Street in Kips Bay.

Williams was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The city's medical examiner ruled Yazmeen Williams'death a homicide on July 7.
