Man Charged In Death Of NYC Woman Found In Plastic Bag: Police
Irish has been charged with concealment of a human corpse, criminal possession of a weapon and menacing.

UPDATE: On Wednesday, The NYPD announced Irish had also been charged with second degree murder in connection to the incident.
NEW YORK CITY — A 55-year-old man has been charged in connection to a 31-year-old woman who had been shot to death and found inside a plastic bag.
