Jeremy Ruehlemann, 27, who was one of designer Christian Siriano's "muses," likely died of a drug overdose Saturday, according to a report.
NEW YORK CITY — A model who was one of designer Christian Siriano's "muses" died in a Midtown apartment Saturday after a suspected accidental drug overdose, according to police and a report.
Jeremy Ruehlemann, 27, was found unconscious inside a bathroom on East 31st Street near Park Avenue, police said.
Medics pronounced him dead at the scene, authorities said.

Ruehlemann's death prompted an outpouring of grief online, including a heartfelt Instagram post from Siriano.
"I have never posted anything like this but to lose a friend who was such a beautiful soul is just really hard," Siriano wrote. "This is for Jeremy, the most beautiful man that gave so much love to everyone he met no matter what. He was one of my muses and he always will be."

City medical examiners still have yet to determine Ruehlemann's cause of death, but the Waldwick, New Jersey native's father told the Daily Mail that it likely was an accidental drug overdose.
Ruehlemann had struggled with an addiction to prescription pills, his father told the Daily Mail.
