Managers will hold office hours for riders twice a month at subway stations on a rotating basis during the morning and evening rush.

NEW YORK CITY, NY — The MTA is looking for feedback from riders on the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of its station.
On Tuesday, The MTA announced that group station managers will hold office hours for riders twice a month at subway stations on a rotating basis during the morning and evening rush hours.
Group station manager office hours will be promoted via digital screens and physical marketing signage that will be posted for customers at designated stations a day prior.

Each manager is in charge of about two dozen stations.
Customers looking to engage with their managers can look for marketing material to know when to stop by.

"Group station managers now have the opportunity to interact with transit customers in a more intimate setting,” said New York City Transit Department of Subways Senior Vice President Demetrius Crichlow. “These interactions will help us at the MTA better understand how customers feel while they navigate the transit system, and help us make adjustments where necessary. I want to thank all the GSMs who are participating in this groundbreaking program.”
