NY Comedy Festival's 2022 Lineup Features John Mulaney, Tracy Morgan

The famed comedy festival returns Nov. 7-13 with an all-star lineup across all five boroughs.

NEW YORK CITY — Need a good laugh, New Yorkers? A beloved comedy festival is coming back to tickle your funny bones.

The New York Comedy Festival will return Nov. 7 through Nov. 13 with a star-studded lineup featuring John Mulaney, Tracy Morgan, Conan O'Brien and more, organizers said.

Laughter has been particularly needed in the past two years, Mayor Eric Adams told the festival's founder Caroline Hirsch, during an event Tuesday.

"When you laugh, you walk out of one of these shows and you realize that, no, it's not so bad after all," he said.

This will be the 18th year for the comedy festival in New York City.

More than 200 comedians will conduct 100 performances across all five boroughs, Hirsch said.

Venues include Beacon Theatre, BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center, Carolines on Broadway, Hulu Theater at MSG, Madison Square Garden and Town Hall as well as UBS Arena at Belmont Park in Elmont.

Jenny Slate at Town Hall, 7 p.m.

Nov. 10
Jimmy O. Yang at Town Hall, 7 p.m.
Ms. Pat at Carolines on Broadway, 7 p.m.
Jo Koy “Funny is Funny” at Madison Square Garden, 8 p.m.
Conan O’Brien “Needs A Friend” at Beacon Theatre, 8 p.m.

Nov. 11
John Mulaney “From Scratch” at UBS Arena, 7 p.m.
JB Smoove “The Physical Therapy Tour” at Town Hall, 7 p.m.
Bassem Youssef at BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center, 7 p.m.
Shane Gillis at Town Hall, 9:45 p.m.

Nov. 12
Tracy Morgan “No Disrespect” at Town Hall, 7 p.m. and 9:45 p.m.
Wanda Sykes Live at Beacon Theatre, 7:30 p.m.
“An Evening with Bill Maher” at Hulu Theater at MSG, 8 p.m.

Tickets officially go on sale Friday at 12 p.m., although a presale code — "NYCF" — can be used before then to score them early online.
