NYC Mayor Eric Adams Accused Of Sexual Assault In Summons: Report

It claims he sexually assaulted a woman when the two worked for the city back in 1993, The Associated Press reported.

NEW YORK, NY — A legal summons filed on Wednesday accuses New York City Mayor Eric Adams of sexually assaulting a woman when the two worked for the city in 1993, The Associated Pressreported.

Adams, the transit bureau of the New York Police Department, and the New York Police Department Guardians Association are named as defendants in the filing, which does not have any other details, according to the outlet.

The summons, which was filed in Manhattan, seeks a trial and $5 million in relief, the outlet reported.
