NYC Weather Forecast: Cooler Springtime Temps Follow Record Heat
You won't have to worry about any sweaty train rides this week.

NEW YORK, NY — New York City will finally see some normal spring weather this week after a hotter-than-ever start to May and an often chilly April. New Yorkers can expect sunshine and seasonably warm temperatures throughout the week, starting with a high near 70 on Monday, the latest National Weather Service forecast shows.
That's near the normal high of 68 for May 7, the weather service says. Temperatures will stay in that range for the rest of the week, warming to a high near 75 on Wednesday, the forecast shows.
There's a chance of rain on Thursday, but the city can expect to stay dry otherwise.
