NYC Weather Forecast: Heavy Rain, Strong Winds Move In
Here's an hour-by-hour forecast of today's nasty weather.

NEW YORK, NY — New York City will be hit with heavy rain and strong winds on Tuesday as a cold front moves in and disrupts what's been a recent run of calm weather.
The city could see anywhere between two and four inches of rain, according to the National Weather Service, which has issued a hazardous weather outlook and wind advisory. Flash flooding will be possible in some places.
Winds will blow between 15 and 25 miles per hour, with gusts between 45 and 50 miles per hour, the weather service says.
