NYC Weather Forecast: Snow Hits Morning Commuters
Up to an inch of snow will hit the ground this morning.

NEW YORK, NY — Wednesday morning's commute won't be as white as New Yorkers might have feared. National Weather Service forecasters say the city could see up to an inch of snow before noon, down from previous estimates of up to three inches.
The precipitation will ease off by the early afternoon and skies will clear up before temperatures drop in the evening. There's an expected high of 36 degrees and a low around 20, with winds making it feel as cold as 10 degrees at night.
The sun will be out for the rest of the week, with temperatures as high as 47 on Sunday, the National Weather Service says.

The city Department of Transportation suspended alternate-side parking rules Wednesday to help with snow-removal efforts. Don't worry about moving your car, but you'll still have to pay to park in a metered space.
