NYC Weather Forecast: More Snow On Way

Wednesday's commute is expected to be slippery.

NEW YORK, NY – The winter hits keep coming as forecasters predict a cold, icy commute Wednesday with as much as an inch of snow set to fall on the city. Freezing temperatures have marked the start of a month that's expected to be brutal.

The snow will start around 3 a.m. Wednesday morning, continuing to come down until about 10 a.m. when it will change to sleet and then rain, according to the National Weather Service.

That means the morning commute will be an unpleasant and slippery one.
