NYC Weather Forecast: Snow, Rain Expected As Storm Takes Aim

The storm is set to arrive on Super Bowl Sunday.

NEW YORK , NY – A storm bringing snow, rain and ice is taking aim at New York City is due to hit Sunday and has all the "ingredients" to be a big one, AccuWeather.com reported Thursday. It could bring strong winds and heavy rain as well as snow, the forecasters said.

Snow is likely before 1 p.m., probably changing to rain in the afternoon and into the night.

But Accuweather.com forecasters warned that prediction could change, with Sunday's storm possibly being "potent."
