NYC Weather Forecast: Sunshine Takes Over After Chills, Rain

Springtime weather is finally arriving.

NEW YORK, NY — It's finally starting to feel like spring. A sunny weekend lies ahead after this week's blast of heavy rain and chillier temperatures, the latest National Weather Service forecast shows.

New Yorkers can expect clear skies, sunshine and mild breezes Saturday and Sunday, the NWS forecast says.

The temperature will get into the high 50s Saturday and Sunday, still cooler than normal but warmer than much of this week's weather.
