NYC Weekend Subway Service Changes For Jan. 20-21

Heads up: The 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, A, B, C, D, E, F, J, L, M, N, Q, R and W lines won't be running normally this weekend.

NEW YORK, NY — A dozen and a half New York City subway lines will be out of whack this weekend as the Metropolitan Transportation Authority continues various construction projects, including the Subway Action Plan to stabilize the struggling system.

There are scheduled service changes on 18 of the subway's 27 lines will have service changes from late Friday night through early Monday morning.

The changes will make it tougher to get to Saturday's Women's March on New York City starting 10 blocks north of Columbus Circle on Central Park West.

Uptown A, C and D trains are running express from Columbus Circle to 125th Street. Marchers coming from the south will have to take the 1, 2 or 3 train to 72nd Street and walk east; walk north to the starting point from Columbus Circle; or take the A, C or D line to 125th Street then transfer to a downtown local train on any of those lines.

Here's a look at all this weekend's service changes. All info is courtesy of the MTA. If you're a visual learner, here they are on a map.
