Looking for a romantic night out in New York City? These places are perfect for wining and dining your special someone.

NEW YORK, NY — New York City can be gritty and exhausting, but it also has a romantic side — and a plethora of elegant restaurants. So New Yorkers shouldn't have any trouble finding a spot for the ideal Valentine's Day meal.

Dozens of restaurants will have special menus and wine tastings to mark the occasion. They range from a $60 prix fixe option in Queens to a luxurious $258 Valentine's Day tasting menu at Midtown's Jean-Georges.

Whether you want to keep it low-key or go all-out, every borough has a spot to fit your tastes. But tables fill up quick, so make a reservation early.

Here's a sampling of romantic restaurants across the city to help you plan your Valentine's Day.

Manhattan

Gramercy Tavern
42 E. 20th Street, Flatiron District
Chef Danny Meyer's high-end American restaurant offers a seven-course Valentine's Day tasting menu for $198 per person. You can add a set of wine pairings for $125 per person.

Rotisserie Georgette
14 E. 60th St., Upper East Side
This French-American eatery does a four-course meal for Valentine's Day, with at least three options for each course. The special menu runs $95 per person.

Yakitori Tori Shin
362 W. 53rd St., Hell's Kitchen
The Japanese restaurant offers more than 40 varieties of yakitori, a fire-grilled chicken skewer. It's offering two different prix fixe menus for $75 or $80 per person. Each comes with a complimentary glass of wine.

Le District
225 Liberty St., Tribeca
The French-style market at the high-end Brookfield Place shopping center has several eateries offering Valentine's Day specials. The restaurants L'Appart and Beaubourg have unique prix fixe menus for $195 and $80 per person, respectively. You can get oysters, caviar and champagne for $20 at Le Bar, or get a $150 take-home dinner for two at The Market.

The high-end steakhouse chain will have a Valentine's Day eve special on Feb. 13 — every meal comes with complimentary Veuve Clicquot champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. Lucky procrastinators could get picked for a 7 p.m. Valentine's Day reservation by downloading the restaurant's Concierge app.

Brooklyn

Locanda Vini e Olii
129 Gates Ave., Clinton Hill
Here you'll find a traditional Tuscan pasta restaurant in a former 19th century pharmacy. The Valentine's Day special is a four-course, $80-per-person prix fixe featuring popular menu items and some special dishes.

Meadowsweet
149 Broadway, Williamsburg
Chef Polo Dobkin will have a prix fixe menu for Valentine's Day at his Michelin-starred modern American eatery. The three courses go for $85 per person.

Guadalupe Inn
1 Knickerbocker Ave., Bushwick
Valentine's Day dinner gets turned up a notch at this Mexican spot in Bushwick. It'll offer "aphrodisiac" cocktail specials such as rose petal margaritas, plus live music and a burlesque show.

Ample Hills Creamery

Need some dessert? Brooklyn's nationally renowned ice cream shop will have $9 miniature ice cream cakes with a brownie base, a layer of fudge and one of two ice cream flavors.

Queens

Gyu-Kaku

This Japanese barbecue spot specializing in shared plates will have several special Valentine's Day courses that allow diners to cook for one another. It's also holding an Instagram photo contest for which the prize is a $100 gift certificate.

Tru Restaurant

This Mediterranean eatery will have a three-course Valentine's Day meal for $60 per person, plus a special offer for a $30 bottle of rosé.

Marbella Restaurant
220-33 Northern Blvd., Bayside
Chef Esteban Barroso's Spanish restaurant will throw a $75-per-person "Valentine's Day gala" in its Costa Del Sol dining room, complete with a buffet, open bar and music from a DJ. The main dining room will offer an a la carte menu and live music from a harpist.

The Bronx

Ice House Cafe & Restaurant
140 Reynolds Ave., Throggs Neck
This Italian eatery with a waterfront view of the Throggs Neck Bridge is offering a four-course dinner for two with a bottle of wine for just $100.

Jake's Steakhouse
6031 Broadway, Riverdale
The classic Zagat-rated steakhouse will have a special Valentine's Day menu. Chef Magdaleno Diaz's Bronx staple is also recommended by the Michelin Guide.

Staten Island

Violette's Cellar
2271 Hylan Blvd., New Dorp
The classic American eatery will offer "unique" Valentine's Day meals from Feb. 13 to 15. The spot is also home to The Button Room, a speakeasy that requires a password.

Fushimi

This Japenese restaurant has a Valentine's Day special for couples — $119 will buy a four-course dinner, prosecco and complimentary roses.

Chef Mike's Rodizio Grill
35 Androvette St., Charleston
The Brazilian eatery will have special menus for Valentine's Day. It specializes in beef and poultry and offers a signature "smoking cocktail."
