See NYC's Fastest Growing Companies

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The economy is on the upswing and New York City is at the center of the action. Some of the most successful, fastest-growing businesses in the country are based right here, according to a new report.

The business magazine Inc. has come out with its annual list of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in America. In New York City, 46 made the top 500 (see below.)

"They create companies, they create value, and they create jobs — 619,631 of them over the last three years," the report said about the 5,000 businesses that appear on the nationwide list. "You'll also discover the newest hot spots, the coolest products, and the people who make it all happen."

The top company in the city was founded just five years ago and has experienced a three-year growth of 17.775 percent – with an annual revenue in 2016 of $23.2 million, the report found.
