FLUSHING, QUEENS – Fresh off a practice session on the public court at Central Park, Roger Federer faces off against Mikhail Youzhny in round two of the U.S. Open Aug. 31 at 2:15 p.m.

In the first round of play, Federer bested Frances Tiafoe in a grueling five-set match.

At 1 p.m. on Thursday, American Nicole Gibbs goes up against top seed Karolina Pliskova.
