NYPD Officers Rescue Teen Girl From Harlem River: See Video
The incident happened Tuesday afternoon.

NEW YORK CITY — The NYPD has released body-cam footage of officers saving a teen girl from the Harlem River on Tuesday.
The officers responded to the scene received a call about a girl in distress near 142nd Street around 2 p.m.

In the footage, you can see the three officers running up to the scene, with dispatch notifying them that the girl was already in the water.

The girl could be heard screaming, “help me, help me, please!"
Before one officer readied himself to jump into the river, another cop at the scene asks, “Can you swim? Can you swim?”

The officer jumped in and was able to reach the girl, the two other cops helped pull the pair out of the water, according to the footage.
The girl was taken by ambulance to a local hospital after the incident.
The trio who helped save the girl on Tuesday have since been identified as police officers Ankit Gupta, Wilmer Guerrero and Shuaibul Amine, according to the New York Post.
