TRIBECA, NY – An update on the investigation of the ISIS-inspired terror suspect accused of killing eight in a Tribeca attack was given Wednesday.

Mayor Bill de Blasio, NYPD Commissioner James O'Neill and Governor Andrew Cuomo spoke at 11 a.m. at the NYPD's headquarters.
