A 42-year-old New York City man is accused of stealing $241 worth of merchandise from the Target store in West Nyack on July 4, according to Clarkstown police.
Police said Fernando Hernandez of Manhattan was arrested about 1:15 p.m. on Sunday at the store at Palisades Center mall. Hernandez was released pending a hearing in Clarkstown Town Court in New City on July 25.
