Three Charged With $344 Theft From Kohl's
Clarkstown police arrest three young adults from Spring Valley on charges of petty larceny from Kohl's in Nanuet.
Clarkstown Police arrested three Spring Valley residents on Friday, Nov. 16 on charges of petty larceny from the Kohl’s department store in Nanuet
The three were Anderson Sylvain, 21, Chaz Williams, 21, and Christopher St. Hilaire, 19. Police reported the three were seen by store loss prevention personnal as Sylvain and Williams took merchandise to St. Hilaire, a cashier. Sotre security reported the cashier placed the items worth $344 into two shopping bags without a transaction and gave the bags to Sylvain and Williams.

All three are scheduled to appear in court on December 12. They are charged with petty larceny, misdemeanor and Sylvain and Williams were also charged with criminal possession of stolen property, also a misdemeanor.
