'Celebrate America' This Weekend at Eisenhower Park

Grucci fireworks, music, and more are coming to the park Saturday night.

Thousands are heading to Eisenhower Park this weekend for a spectacular fireworks show and concert at the “Celebrate America” show.

The event, set for Saturday at the Harry Chapin Lakeside Theatre and sponsored by TD Bank, will feature concert performances and famed Grucci fireworks.

The fun starts at 5:30 p.m., when the theatre area gates open to the public. There is no formal seating for the show but tickets are required to enter the theater. Admission is free and concertgoers are invited to bring blankets and chairs. Overflow audience members will be directed to other viewing and parking areas.

Before the fireworks light up the sky, bands will take the stage inside the theater. Performers include Batman’s Third Rail Band, Killer Joe, and Lido Soul Revue.

The performances will all lead up to a fantastic fireworks show by Grucci at around 9:30 p.m.
