New Hyde Park Soccer Standouts to Compete in Third Annual Nassau County Executive Cup
Nevin Nambair, Jaime Rogers and Elea Bushati among Nassau County High School athletes competing.

Nassau County will host the county’s top high school and adult soccer players to participate in the third annual Nassau County Executive Cup on July 20, 2013, which will be held at Cantiague Park.
New Hyde Park’s own Jaime Rogers of the Massapequa Explosion squad and New Hyde Park Memorial High School/ Franklin Square Strikers player Elea Bushati will be on the girls blue team while Daniella Ford of Sewanhaka and the Manhasset Rebels will be wearing the orange jersey.
On the boys side, Nevin Nambair of Herricks and the Rough Riders – Hota will be on the black squad while Sewanhaka and HBC Devils player Dominick Roberge will be in Red.
The game schedule is as follows:
- 3 p.m. Game 1 (West Field): NC Boys Team Red v. NC Boys Team Black
- 3 p.m. Game 1 (East Field): NC Boys Team Silver v. NC Boys Team Royal Blue
- 5:15 p.m. Game 2 (West Field): NC Girls Team Silver v. NC Girls Team Navy Blue
- 5:15 p.m. Game 2 (East Field): NC Alumni Team White v. NC Alumni Team Navy Blue
- 7:30 p.m. Game 3 (West Field): Championship Game 1 v. Championship Game 2
- 7:30 p.m. Game 3 (East Field): Consolation Game 1 v. Consolation Game 2
“Nassau County has outstanding athletes and they are a true reflection of the exceptional athletic programs Nassau County offers,” said County Executive Mangano in a statement. “I am very proud to offer these young competitors with an opportunity to showcase their abilities in front of college coaches invited from all over the tri-state area, as they continue their pursuit of playing soccer at the collegiate level.”
The 3rd Annual Nassau County Executive Cup is organized and executed by and GO Sports, university placement specialists for student-athletes.
