New Rochelle Mayor, Allstate Ventures Celebrate Grand Opening of The Alary Luxury Rental Building

New Rochelle Mayor Yadira Ramos-Herbert and fellow municipal officials recently joined principals of developer Allstate Ventures to celebrate the Grand Opening of The Alary, a 28-story luxury rental building at 33 Westchester Place in downtown New Rochelle.

Mayor Ramos-Herbert led a ceremonial ribbon cutting to unveil the 315-unit property, which features studio-to-two-bedroom residences complemented by high-end amenities and services.

The Grand Opening reception, held on The Alary’s 28th-floor landscaped rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Westchester County and Long Island Sound, coincided with the first residents moving in.
