How did you come up with the name?

Burbio is a fun play on the word “Suburbs” because what we do is provide all sorts of calendar information for a communities.
Why start a business in this town?
New Rochelle is a wonderful community with a wide variety of sports, school, and community events.
What business are you in?
Burbio is a calendar sharing platform that allows residents to easily discover and sync their digital calendars to important school, sports, and community calendars. We also allow groups to post their own calendars on the service for free.
What’s the most difficult challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?
Building a digital platform that synchronizes calendars was a difficult feat and required lots of hours and technology training!
What’s been your proudest achievement since opening?
Group organizers and parents are so appreciative of the way Burbio makes their lives easier.
How does your business give back to the community?
Burbio is a free service that allows community groups to better communicate with their members. It allows people to spend more time enjoying a wonderful town like New Rochelle and less time keeping track of dates!
