WESTCHESTER, NY — Westchester County residents have cast a historic high number of early votes, but the primary election winners will still likely be decided at the polls on Tuesday.

This year, Westchester County voters will decide on their party's nominees for countywide, state and congressional races, which will take place this November alongside an increasingly contentious presidential election.

Primary Day voting will take place on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

NY 16th Congressional District, Democratic Primary

  • George S. Latimer (D-Rye)

NY 17th Congressional District, Working Families Party Primary

  • Anthony Frascone
  • Mondaire L. Jones

Westchester County District Attorney, Democratic Primary

  • Susan Cacace
  • Adeel Mirza (withdrew from race, but name will remain on ballot)
  • William Wagstaff

Assembly District 92, Democratic Primary

  • Thomas J. Abinanti
  • MaryJane C. Shimsky

How To Vote In The 2024 Primary Election:

Primary Day voting will take place on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. To locate your polling location, go to this website.

Absentee voting:

Absentee ballots

  • can be mailed to the Westchester County Board of Elections, and should be postmarked no later than June 25.
  • can be brought to the Westchester County Board of Elections Office by June 25, 9 p.m.
  • can be brought to poll sites on June 25, by 9 p.m.
